We came back to several obscene cucumbers (3, weighing about 5 lbs.) and other ripe veggies. Heather will turn these into dinner. That’s 3 cucumbers, 2 Marglobe tomatoes, 1 green sausage tomato, 3 Asian eggplants, and a Bulgarian Carrot hot pepper.

What do you do when your garden has a 10 ft. cucumber plant that turns out 1 lb. fruits daily? You make pickles.
And tonight Heather made some lentil/chickpea patties served with a peanut sauce in a pita, with a cucumber and grape tomoto salad on the side. Quite tasty.
