  1. I didn’t hear the speach but isn’t this pronounced the same way.
    Caucasus (kô’kə-səs)
The Caucasus, also referred to as Caucasia, is a geopolitical, mountain-barrier region located between the two continents of Europe and Asia, or Eurasia, with various altitude highlands and lowlands.

  2. Exactly my point. She was certainly supposed to say ‘Caucasus’, but she breezed right through it saying ‘caucuses’. They are not pronounced the same way.

It illustrates a very important point: she has absolutely no idea what she is talking about. She certainly didn’t write that part of her speech.

  3. can we not talk politics, lets talk about the baby. hows my grandson.

  4. Your grandson is fine, but I would prefer him to grow up in a country that embraces tolerance and logic. I’m not a big fan of the short-sighted, fear-mongering, scientifically illiterate Republican ticket.

And I’m not a democrat. The McCain of 8 years ago could have had me, but not this phony panderer.
